 WESTBOUND (Anywhere East of RTE 112)

VIA - RTE 25A

• Stay on Rte 25A, heading West until you reach Rte 347 (Nesconset Highway) in Mt. Sinai
• Rte 347 bears to the left heading towards Port Jefferson Station
• Travel West until you reach the Rte 112 Intersection
• Continue 4 Traffic Lights until you reach Old Town Road
• Turn Right on to Old Town Road (heading North)
• BRYANT FUNERAL HOME is ½ mile on the right side

VIA - RTE 25 (Middle Country Road) WESTBOUND

• Travel West on Rte 25 until you reach Rte 112
• Turn Right on to Rte 112, (heading North)
• Travel North approximately 4 miles until you reach Rte 347 (Nesconset Highway)
• Turn Left on to Rte 347, (heading West)
• Go 4 Traffic Lights bringing you to Old Town Road
• Turn Right on to Old Town Road (heading North)
• BRYANT FUNERAL HOME is ½ mile on the right.

VIA - LONG ISLAND EXPRESWAY - Rte 495 - EXIT 64

• Exit 64 is Rte 112 (heading North)
• Stay on Rte 112 for approximately 6 miles until you reach Rte 347 (Nesconset Highway)
• Turn Left on Rte 347 (heading West)
• Go 4 Traffic Lights, bringing you to Old Town Road
• Turn right on to Old Town Road (heading North)
• BRYANT FUNERAL HOME is ½ mile on the right.

VIA- LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY- Route 495- Exit 63

• Exit 63 North Ocean Avenue, take this north towards Mt. Sinai
• Cross over Route 25 - the very next light is Old Town Road - this will take you through a residential area,
• Continue on Old Town Road. You will come to the major intersection with Rte 347 (Nesconset Highway)
• Cross Rte 347. BRYANT FUNERAL HOME is ½ mile down on the right side
